  Oberoi Realty on Friday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 761.65 crore for the quarter ended September, a marginal increase from the year-ago period.

  Its net profit stood at Rs 760.26 crore in the year-ago period.

  Total income fell 6 per cent to Rs 1,736.37 crore during the second quarter of this fiscal from Rs 1,844.84 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. - PTI

  Jindal Saw Q2 results live: Net profit declines 74% to Rs 35 cr

  Jindal Saw on Friday posted a fall of over 74 per cent in consolidated net profit to Rs 35.28 crore in the September quarter, dragged down by higher expenses and poor market conditions.

  The company, which is in the manufacturing of iron and steel pipes, clocked a net profit of Rs 138.56 crore in the second quarter of the preceding 2025-26 financial year.

  In an exchange filing, Jindal Saw said its total income rose to Rs 4,523.06 crore in July-September FY27 from Rs 4,264.04 crore in the year-ago quarter. - PTI

  DLF's Q2 net profit rise 10% to Rs 1,301 cr; sales bookings down 12%

  Realty major DLF Ltd’s consolidated net profit rose 10 per cent to Rs 1,301.35 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal on lower expenses, while sales bookings fell 12 per cent to Rs 3,800 crore.

  Its net profit stood at Rs 1,180.09 crore in the year-ago period.

  Total income rose to Rs 2,297.30 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal from Rs 2,261.80 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing on Friday. - PTI

  Crompton Greaves Q2 results live: Profit surges 65% to Rs 124 cr

  Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals on Friday reported a 65 per cent increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 124.39 crore in the September quarter, supported by its electric consumer durable segment.

  The company posted a net profit of Rs 75.42 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing by Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd (CGCEL).

  Its revenue from operations jumped 18.15 per cent to Rs 2,263.29 crore in the September quarter from Rs 1,915.57 crore a year ago.

  The revenue growth was “driven by double-digit growth in general trade, highest-ever quarterly sales in international business”, said CGCEL in its earnings statement. - PTI

  Home services marketplace Urban Company on Friday said its consolidated net loss widened to Rs 182.48 crore in the July-September quarter of FY27.

  The company had posted a net loss of Rs 59.33 crore in the year-ago period, according to a regulatory filing.

  Urban Company’s revenue from operations rose 41.4 per cent to Rs 537.29 crore from Rs 380.03 crore in Q2 FY26. - PTI

  Indian IT services firm LTM, formerly known as LTIMindtree, reported a marginal fall in second-quarter profit on Friday.

  Consolidated profit for the quarter fell about 0.2% to ₹1,398 crore ($147.22 million) in the quarter ended September 30, from ₹1,401 crore a year earlier.

  Private sector lender Federal Bank on Friday reported a 45 per cent jump in the September quarter net profit to Rs 1,386 crore, helped by its USD 1.5 billion fundraise under the RBI’s FCNR(B) concessional swap scheme.

  The South-based lender’s net profit a year ago stood at Rs 955 crore and the same in the quarter-ago period was Rs 1,177 crore. - PTI

  Shoppers Stop Q2 results: Posts net profit of Rs 3.11 cr, revenue grows 9%

  Retail chain Shoppers Stop on Friday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3.11 crore in the September quarter of FY27 against a net loss of Rs 20.11 crore a year ago, aided by a premiumisation-led growth strategy.

  Revenue from operations increased 8.72 per cent to Rs 1,366.27 crore in the September quarter of FY27 from Rs 1,256.62 crore recorded in the corresponding period a year ago, the Raheja family-promoted retail chain said in a regulatory filing.

  Shoppers Stop’s “premiumisation-led growth strategy” has helped it have a “PAT positive performance”, the company said in its earnings statement. - PTI

  Urban Company, India’s leading home servicesplatform, today announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Q2 FY27).Q2 FY27 was a strong quarter. The Company’s core business combined continued growth momentum withmargin expansion, while it invested aggressively in InstaHelp, where unit economics improved even as the business scaled rapidly.

  On a consolidated basis, Net Transaction Value (NTV) grew 39% YoY to ₹1,432 Cr. and Revenue from operationsgrew 41% YoY to ₹537 Cr. Orders delivered reached 15.1 million, up 103% YoY, and annual transacting usersreached nearly 10 million, up 35% YoY.

  Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was ₹(144) Cr., reflecting a deliberate ₹(174) Cr. investment in InstaHelp.Excluding InstaHelp, Adjusted EBITDA was ₹30 Cr., up 213% YoY, and ₹119 Cr. over the past three quarters, up175% YoY.
