Updated - October 26, 2026 at 08:25 PM.Gaming and esports media company Nazara Technologies reported a net profit of ₹35.36 crore in the September-ending quarter of FY27, owing to healthy growth in the gaming segment.
Revenue from operations reached its highest-ever quarterly high at ₹803 crore, increasing 53 per cent annually and 87 per cent quarterly.
EBITDA grew 93 per cent annually to ₹120 crores. EBITDA margins went up 14.9 per cent, nearly 311 basis points year-on-year.
“This quarter demonstrates the company we are building: a portfolio of high-quality games on a single, shared platform. Bluetile and BestPlay grew EBITDA 64 per cent in their first two months as part of Nazara, while sustained investment in content delivered organic growth of 11 per cent in revenue and 17 per cent in EBITDA across our existing gaming studios. Of greater long-term significance is the platform we have built,” said Raymond A. Stauffer, CEO, Nazara Technologies.
Gaming revenue grew 122 per cent YoY to ₹656 crore at a 21.5 per cent EBITDA margin. Gaming contributed 82 per cent of revenue and effectively all EBITDA before corporate costs.
Mobile grew revenue 167 per cent to ₹550 crore. PC & Console grew EBITDA 61 per cent, with Curve’s margin expanding to 38.9 per cent.
Regarding Bluetile and BestPlay, the company reported a related revenue of ₹329 crore in the first two months since becoming a part of Nazara, up 49 per cent over the same period last year.
Growth came from rapid product iteration, expansion into new markets, AIautomated user acquisition and cross-promotion across the portfolio. Bluetile’s leadership team holds 5.8 per cent of Nazara, aligning its interests with those of all shareholders.
Meanwhile, growth in existing gaming businesses was underpinned by strong content engines across the studios.
